Is it free?
Yes. Free for doctors. Reminders, your Locum Record, the Tax Pack and shift alerts cost nothing. No card details, ever. If paid features arrive later, they will be clinic-side tools.
How does verification work?
Checks run against public records: APC status on MMC's MERITS register (by full registration number) and clinic registration on SSM records. Every check is date-stamped, and verified states show their APC expiry.
Verification badges roll out with clinic tools after launch. From day one, every alert links to the original post so you can inspect the source yourself.
What happens to my data?
Onboarding asks for nothing personal upfront: forward a shift and it's saved privately, tied only to your Telegram account. Your Locum Record is visible only to you. Published clinic figures are aggregates with the sample size shown, never attributed to a doctor. Your data is not sold. A full PDPA privacy notice is published at launch.
I'm a government MO. Can I use this?
Yes. Government MOs need written head-of-department approval per clinic (Pekeliling 2/2010). The bot generates the approval-letter template, tracks which clinics you have on file, and keeps signed copies in your record.
House officers cannot take locum work: that is a legal restriction, not our rule.
What is the Tax Pack?
An annual PDF statement built from your logged shifts: date, clinic, hours, earnings, monthly subtotals and the year's total. Locum income is declarable business income (Form B, s.4(a)). The pack keeps your records ready. It is documentation, not tax advice.
